Section A.1 - NOTICE

The Staff of this forum takes no responsibility or liability for anything that happens as a result of reading and/or downloading anything from this forum.

Section I - GENERAL POLITENESS

* Section I.1 - A "Thank You" if a post has been helpful to you.
* Section I.2 - Your opinion, except for non-tolerated behavior.
* Section I.3 - Being an active poster, not just a leecher.
* Section I.4 - Posting in the correct forums.
* Section I.5 - Political or religious debates are not allowed. Including conspiracy theories, plots, assassination plans etc...
* Section I.6 - Racist Talks or Negative Ideas towards a group are not allowed.
* Section I.7 - Helping out others, especially new members.
* Section I.8 - Using the Search function before making a post to ensure there are no duplicate posts.
* Section I.9 - Respect decisions of the Staff, as they are usually final.
* Section I.10 - If you have a problem with another member of this community, use the Personal Message (PM) button to tell a Administrator, Moderators about the situation and we will try to solve it.
* Section I.11 - No advertising allowed unless with staff permission, this also includes hosting and other product offers.
* Section I.12 - Hyper Download Request Staff does not tolerate any form of direct or indirect advertising, solicitation, or recruiting. (Private Messaging and Emailing members for personal needs included in this clause.)
* Section I.13 - Be patient on your request.

Section II - SHOUTBOX RULES

* Section II.1 - Filipino and English are the only language allowed.
* Section II.2 - Be "polite" at all times.
* Section II.3 - No Ads and Links of Referrals and Site Invitations.
* Section II.4 - No Flooding. Maximum of TWO consecutive shouts depending on the importance of the message being delivered.
* Section II.5 - Newbies tend to go straight to our Shoutbox upon registration, give priority to them for enlightenment.
* Section II.6 - All capital letters are prohibited, unless you really wanted to be noticed. *
* Section II.7 - Posting of obscene pictures is a big "NO".
* Section II.8 - In some cases, we allow pictures of members to be posted in our Shoutbox provided that it is their own. **
* Section II.9 - Asking of passwords and Requests will not be entertained in our Shoutbox. We have a Request Thread for all your needs.
* Section II.10 - Saying Badwords, Flaming, Cursing and Boasting is not the purpose of our Shoutbox.
